Key Concepts

Importing Data into the Grid

AirOps offers several options for importing data into the grid:

  • Starting from a blank canvas
  • Bringing data in from your CMS
  • Importing SEO research data
  • Importing data from a CSV file

To import data from a CSV file, simply drag and drop the file into the grid and click "Continue." You can then select the columns you want to include and proceed to have your data immediately available in the grid.

Adding Workflows

Once your data is in the grid, you can add workflows to automate various aspects of your content creation process. In the example shown, a workflow is added to generate content briefs for each target long-form keyword.

To set up a workflow:

  1. Map the necessary fields to the workflow inputs
  2. Click "Save"
  3. Start the workflow, which will run until the first human review step

Exporting Data from the Grid

AirOps provides several options for exporting data from the grid, depending on your specific needs:

  • Markdown: Copy and paste key sections into your CMS
  • HTML: Copy and paste directly into your CMS
  • Custom field mapping: Map fields in your AirOps grid to fields in your CMS (e.g., Webflow)

To export data using custom field mapping, click on the "A" column button and set up the mapping between your AirOps grid fields and your CMS fields. This allows you to easily push content directly back to your CMS or in another format that suits your exact needs.
