The Customer

Wyndly is on a mission: to create a world without allergies. They’re bringing access and modern medical practices to the broken system of traditional allergy care, which is expensive and inconvenient. Wyndly makes a life without allergy symptoms, shots, or over-the-counter drugs possible. Their telehealth program retrains your allergies with sublingual (under-the-tongue) treatment plans prescribed by doctors and delivered to your door.

Their telemedicine platform is changing the game, letting patients get personalized allergy treatment from home. But in the competitive and often legally restrictive digital healthcare space, having a great product isn't enough—they needed to win the organic search battle to reach new patients.

With a treasure trove of expert medical knowledge and doctor interviews on video, Wyndly recognized that they were sitting on untapped SEO potential.

We sat down with Aakash Shah, CEO and co-founder of Wyndly, to learn how his team has transformed this goldmine of expertise into a content powerhouse that now outranks major medical websites, scaling from 40 articles to 200 per month while maintaining the medical accuracy their reputation is built on.

The Problem

Prior to partnering with AirOps, Wyndly was already building an internal SEO team and had a strong content team of 8 writers producing 40 articles a month. Video content, specifically interviews with doctors and practitioners, was a strong growth asset for them. They wanted to adapt their large library of videos into written articles to enhance their SEO performance, but lacked the time and resources.

Their challenge came in the operational efficiencies of managing content creation, which limited their ability to scale:

  • Content strategy and decision-making driven by individual writers
  • Complex and resource-intensive workflow management across multiple writers
  • Need to maintain medical accuracy with provider review

Wyndly sought a solution that could help them refocus their content strategy and scale their content production seamlessly.

"When you’re scaling an SEO team, operationalizing becomes crucial. Most of our decision-making happened at the individual level during the brief and keyword research level, but we needed a way to scale the actual content creation without compromising quality or medical accuracy.”

— Aakash Shah, CEO and co-founder of Wyndly.

The Solution

Together with the AirOps team, Wyndly implemented a comprehensive, multi-step content creation workflow that turned keywords identified from their top-performing videos into optimized articles. They achieved this by:

  • Automating research and data collection:
    • AirOps conducted targeted searches on keywords from Wyndly’s videos and leveraged the brand’s knowledge base to reference and link relevant articles.
  • Optimizing content for brand consistency:
    • Using Wyndly’s brand voice and research findings from the previous step, the team was able to generate articles at scale.
  • Incorporating SEO into the creation process:
    • AirOps generated search-friendly meta titles and descriptions that helped them rank higher organically
  • Creating visual assets:
    • Accompanying images were also created with Dall-E to enhance the article.
  • Seamless publishing:
    • Finally, AirOps' integration with Shopify enabled Wyndly to publish their content directly, streamlining the entire publishing process
“The transformation has been remarkable. We're now consistently outranking major medical sites like WebMD and Healthline on key allergy terms – something that seemed impossible before. What previously took our team weeks of coordination now happens seamlessly, and we're not just producing more content – we're producing authoritative content that wins at search because it’s what readers want.”

— Aakash Shah, CEO and co-founder of Wyndly.

The Impact

By leveraging AirOps, Wyndly achieved:

  • 5x increase in content production: Scaling from 40 to 200 articles monthly, redirecting resources to strategic initiatives
  • 20x growth in organic traffic: Expanding from 10K to 200K monthly clicks through optimized content
  • 28% increase in organic customers: Driving significant growth in direct allergy treatment subscriptions through organic search
  • Consistent brand quality: Uniform content and medical expertise maintained across all articles
  • Efficient and scalable process: Automated workflows replaced manual content creation, effectively repurposing video content into SEO-optimized articles

The results speak volumes about the power of intelligent automation in content creation. By transforming their video content into SEO-optimized articles, Wyndly didn't just increase their output – they revolutionized their entire content strategy. This success demonstrates that with the right technology partner, scaling content production doesn't have to come at the expense of quality or expertise.
